2 cups young gabi, boiled and coarsely chopped
1 (300 ml) can condensed milk
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
* Blender gabi and condensed milk until smooth.
* Cook over low heat in saucepan.
* When thick, add confectioner's sugar.
* Continue cooking until almost dry.
* Transfer into butter-greased pan. Then cut into desired pieces.
* Roll in granulated sugar.
* Serve or wrap in colorful Japanese paper or cellophane.
